Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Within Nigeria (Lagos & major cities): 1–3 business days.
- Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days.
- International shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — keep an eye on our homepage and promotional emails for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and the email used at checkout.
Delivery Issues

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- For undelivered or returned packages due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.
